2021 Craft vs Science GST Blend

Our GST blend is 10% better than the rest.... (sorry bad dad joke) This blend is a Grenache Shiraz Touriga. Its our take on the famous GSM blend but with a twist. Well balanced, intense complex flavours, and a morish palate; this well rounded blend that has the complete package. Drink now to 8 years. Pair with all things BBQ, cheese platter and smoked meatsVineyard:This wine was made 100% from grapes from our family's vineyard in Bethany, Barossa Valley. This Blend is a combination of fruit from our 5 year old Grenache, 5 year old Tourgia Nacional and 25 year old Shiraz blocks. 100% Barossa Valley vineyards.Winemaking :This wine was blended from carefully selected components of our 2020 Grenache, Shiraz and Touriga Nacional wines. I had a lot of fun putting this blend together and the resulting wine is absolutely delicious! The blended wine has 70% new oak, from two different coopers, oak forests and barrel toasts. The wine is 43% Grenache, 30% Shiraz and 27% Touriga Nacional. Wonderful to drink now and will gain complexity with age.
