About the wine
Tasting notes
Floral, bloody and ferrous with purple fruits, savoury herbals, walnut and hints of cocoa. Elegance and charm meet firmness and aggression. The palate is markedly savoury, racy and fleshy with juicy cherry and plum, blood and red earth, tense with firm tight tannins and a stony crunch. It’s a tight wine and will need some serious cellar time to tenderise.
