About the wine
Tasting notes
Pale light straw with strong green tints.Initially full of the delicate scent of Pink Lady Apples and floral lemon. The nose opens to reveal musk, pears and even a faint hint of pineapple. A highly intense bouquet!A very full, long palate with great progression: from fruit sweetness to acid, from forward ripe fruit, through lemons and lime, to a nutty back palate. Finishes cleanly with lingering fruit/acid intensity, and revealing the nutty backbone that was there all along, framing the ripe fruit flavours.A superb wine that will age extremely well.

In Italy, it is used to make complex, savoury and textured orange expressions that are more akin to a red wine than white.
