Shellfish

From Sparkling, to lean and mineral, all the way through to buttery and oaky, you simply cannot go wrong with pairing Shellfish and white wine. We like to use the wine in the same way we would a condiment, in that if you like lemon squeezed over your Shellfish, choose a sharp, lean white with lots of citrus zesty flavours like Semillon, Muscadet, dry Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chablis or Blanc de Blancs. If you like your Shellfish bathing in warm butter and creamy goodness, go all out with the best Chardonnay or aged white you can find.
