About the wine
Tasting notes
Polished and tight textural complexity. It’s floral, gentle on the edges and very pretty with a tightly focused beam of almonds, pear, white stonefruit, chewy citrus, underripe apricot, fennel and brine, driven by piercing acidity and textured with fine, river stone tannins. It ends ever so slightly oily and bitter edged.
