Tasting notes
This is a cracking, textural and mouth-watering white Rhône. You get the intensity and concentration from the low yields alongside wonderful perky freshness. The palate is layered and punchy, with detailed flavours of preserved lemon, fennel seed and verbena, before a long, chalky finish—it’s an engaging white Rhône packed full of complexity and interest. Simply decant and add roast chicken.

The whites are usually made with Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Bourboulenc, and Clairette, while the reds use Grenache for it's foundation with additions of Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cinsault and more, but some of these wines can blend up to 20 varieties!
