About the wine

Tasting notes

A complex and perfumed nose of violets, deep raspberry, red plums, cherry, Chantilly and intriguing savoury spices. In the mouth it shines with intense ripe red fruit, backed by glowing acidity and is tightened by confident fleshy tannins. It ends long and fades over minutes. This will last decades!

Shiraz or Syrah

Shiraz, or Syrah, is one of the most loved, rich and powerful red wine varieties made famous for its mineral and structured expressions from the Rhône in France and the rich and decadent fruity expressions from the Barossa Valley in Australia. Full bodied, rich in antioxidants and generously fruity, Shiraz sits proudly on the table for those that like their wine big and bold. Think violets, blackberries, plum, chocolate, pepper, black olive, liquorice, rosemary, tobacco and spice...i'm thirsty already!
